This role is categorized as hybrid, requiring the successful candidate to report to Markham Elevation Centre (MEC) and/or Oshawa Elevation Centre (OEC) three times per week at minimum.
Key responsibilities include analyzing warranty data and OnStar telemetric data, leading warranty top issue reviews, tracking trends and Pareto issues, interacting with cross-functional teams, and supporting post-launch field issue identification.
The role requires skills in analyzing warranty data, OnStar telemetric data, DTC and SOC data, using dashboards, trend tracking, Pareto analysis, and close interaction with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time position.
A strong candidate excels at data analysis from sources like warranty claims, OnStar, and surveys, can lead issue resolution across teams, track and prioritize quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in vehicle programs.
