Candidates must be tech-savvy, experienced with tele-health services, have a private workspace with reliable internet and equipment, and be available during traditional school hours for at least 10 hours per week. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Specialized Instruction Educator will provide remote special education support to students, including compensatory education services. Key duties include developing and implementing individualized lesson plans to enhance reading and writing skills, creating and managing IEPs, and offering case management services. The educator will collaborate with families to schedule and tailor services, conduct screenings and progress monitoring, and educate families on learning support strategies. Maintaining accurate session documentation is also a core responsibility.
