Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six (6) months of prior administrative experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phones and take messages for the Security Department
  • Prepare and file all security and lost and found paperwork for records storage
  • Log, sort, store, and work to return lost items to their owners
  • Coordinate casino pickup as well as prepare lost and found items to be shipped
  • Pull and sort unclaimed items to be donated to charity
  • Make sure employee accident reports are filled out correctly and filed for Workers' Compensation
