Requirements

At least 3 years of experience leading supply chain or logistics functions within a manufacturing environment
Experience interacting with cross-functional departments to achieve both administrative and operational goals
Experience leading and motivating others, either formally or informally
ERP system proficiency; SAP preferred
Experience operating a forklift preferred

Responsibilities

Support various operational disciplines in a manufacturing plant, including warehouse operations, demand planning, and scheduling
Oversee operations and inventory levels in the Spare Parts Room
Coordinate with Plastipak’s customers to evaluate and set production schedules
Monitor the storage and movement of raw materials; maintain accurate and updated inventory levels and cycle counts
Uphold and contribute to a positive work environment, where safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction are top priorities
Manage and develop a team of four direct reports within the logistics department and spare parts room
