High school diploma or equivalent
Zero (0) to one (1) year of work experience in general warehousing or manufacturing (including order assembly, shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory maintenance, and picking/verification functions)
Ability to follow department Standard Operating Procedures
Knowledge and application of Hazardous Materials Packing and shipping requirements
Ability to maintain consistent and reliable attendance
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to work in warm and/or refrigerated environments (36°F to 46°F)
Demonstrated qualities of hard work, teamwork, and commitment to excellence
Forklift training/certification strongly desired
Routine lifting of up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs
Ability to access all areas of the facility
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (ear plugs, safety shoes, safety glasses, protective clothing, and/or headwear)

Responsibilities

Timely, accurate, fast-paced picking of customer orders, ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity
Preparation of orders for shipment in a customer-friendly manner, including checking cartons, packing into boxes/containers/pallets, and using appropriate protection and shipment modes
Consistently follow SOPs and standards of care to meet product and customer requirements
Participate in Safety Team and EHS programs
Perform inventory counts according to established schedules and requirements
Pick cold-chain orders in refrigerated environment (36°F to 46°F)
Effectively utilize logistics systems (Transportation Management system, RCS, Voice Technology, Warehouse Management system, etc.)
Maintain work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner for safety
Assist other team members to balance workload and provide consistent productivity
Daily operation of MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
Perform stock/module replenishments
Unload sorter lane, verifying correct shipment mode for assigned pallet
