Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in Logistics, international trade compliance, warehousing and distribution, supply chain operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, Arabic is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and CE documentation
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and businesses
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix-organization to collaborate within SPO, Service-delivery and 3rd Party environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Knowledge and understanding of International Trade Compliance, identify, report, and resolve any trade compliance issues

Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end logistics operations including but not limited to international/domestic shipments, warehouse operations, data analytics and supply chain modelling in Türkiye and remote from Turkiye for Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates
  • Daily follow up on open orders fulfillment and international transportation with carriers and freight forwarders until arrival to country
  • Daily follow up on Carrier performance, take lead to resolve transportation issues and minimize delays
  • Daily follow up with customs brokers on clearance activities and support the required documentation on-time. Actively participate in brokers performance reviews and drive root cause analysis of issues and defects
  • Control and report operational performance, cost and capacity of 3rd party logistics service providers
  • Connect and communicate with ISC and Service Delivery teams to share order updates and synchronize dispatch plans to meet on-time delivery targets
  • Ensure POs for 3PL logistics partners are opened within defined timelines and oversee the end-to-end tracking of related invoicing and receipt confirmations
  • Ensure regular and accurate uploading of Proof of Delivery (POD) data into the system
  • Address logistical challenges promptly and proactively find solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Support the development of dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to monitor logistics-specific metrics and provide visibility into Türkiye-specific operations, enabling data-driven insights and continuous performance improvement
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
