As a Logistics Coordinator - SetUp, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of our logistics study setup, working closely with internal departments to provide them with exceptional support, service, reliability, and availability. You will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and performing logistics and administrative work to support our department.

Responsibilities

  • Logistics Setup: Coordinating and supporting logistics setup for 75+ studies, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
  • Import Permits: Preparing and delivering import permit documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sponsors/CRO and Site Services during the study set-up phase to consider all logistics aspects.
  • Invoice Preparation: Preparing accurate proforma invoices for import permits and approvals, ensuring precise shipment of orders and samples.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining important records such as Manufacture List, courier contact sheets, and special account set ups.
  • Protocol Meetings: Participating in internal study protocol meetings to provide valuable insights on supply and courier set up requirements.
  • Operational Support: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the logistics study setup.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Coordinating the review and action required on custom reports to facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Quality Event Resolution: Actively contributing to the investigation and resolution of Quality Events, including delayed or missing shipments and courier events and failures.
  • Team Support: Supporting the Team Lead Site Services or above and participating in department projects.
