As a Logistics Coordinator - SetUp, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting logistics and administrative work to support the department, specifically focusing on the setup of 75+ studies. This includes preparing import permit documents, collaborating with sponsors and CROs, monitoring study logistics, preparing proforma invoices, maintaining records, participating in protocol meetings, and supporting site services logistics coordinators. You will also contribute to the investigation and resolution of quality events related to shipments and courier issues, and actively participate in department projects.
