Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
Training or experience in SAP and EDI preferred
Fluent in English (spoken and written); English proficiency required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and material control processes
Analytical, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Computer literacy; SAP and EDI knowledge preferred
Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary communication link between customers, manufacturing plants, and internal functions to ensure seamless operations
Manage customer orders, shipment scheduling, and delivery execution to prevent production line interruptions
Monitor and follow up on regular and expedited shipments, identifying cost-effective logistics solutions when needed
Oversee and support recovery plans for delayed shipments or critical situations, escalating issues through Tier meetings when required
Track plant performance and customer scorecards, taking action to address any potential issues
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate system data, including EDI setups, profiles, variants, and order updates in SAP
Review and resolve past dues, IDOCs, and customer disputes in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and 3-Leg 5-Why to optimize logistics and material flow processes
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Energy Management standards, reporting any deviations
Maintain professional and ethical behavior in all interactions and comply with internal regulations, customer requirements, and company policies
