Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex and high aesthetic Anterior dental design, along with 3+ years of in-lab experience and hands-on bench experience. Strong communication skills are required, including exceptional verbal communication and the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors. A customer-focused approach with proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns is also necessary. Familiarity with digital dental products and processes is an asset.
Responsibilities
As a Live Design Support Specialist, you will partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes are met. You will provide immediate solutions and build confidence in Dandy’s digital tools, offering personalized and empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases. Effective communication management will involve resolving potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions, and ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction. You will also enhance the doctor experience by fostering trust through direct interaction and navigating complex workflows.
