The Litigation Practice Assistant will provide administrative support to attorneys and the litigation team, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management. They will manage the docketing process and maintain accurate case calendars, deadlines, and filings. The role includes preparing and processing court filings, including electronic filings at both state and federal levels, assisting with drafting and proofreading legal documents, and conducting basic legal research. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as required while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and firm policies.
