Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a corporate or large law firm setting
Strong understanding of legal terminology and litigation processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience with e-discovery
Experience supporting complex litigation, including commercial and employment class actions
Paralegal certification
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Organize and maintain case files
Coordinate and manage document production, including e-discovery
Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, and other trial materials
Assist with deposition preparation, including summarizing transcripts and organizing preparation materials
Liaise with business partners, external counsel, and other parties involved in litigation
Participate in pool of LSG Team Members who share responsibility of responding to third-party employment subpoenas and record requests
Participate in pool of LSG Team Members who share responsibility of managing UCC liens
Provide support to attorneys on certain commercial subpoenas and provide support as needed for government agency subpoenas
Coordinate with LSG Support Specialist and Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to the litigation teams as needed
