Litigation Attorney at American Family Insurance Group

The compensation range is $97,000.00 - $164,000.00, paid as salary, and may vary based on job level and geographic work location.

This is a primarily field-based role where you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in the field, interacting with customers, Agents, and Agency Staff, with occasional travel to office locations for meetings and events. It is tagged as #LI-Remote.

Required skills include demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service, and demonstrated experience preparing civil pleadings, motions, and discovery. The role also involves handling litigation, conducting discovery, motion practice, drafting pleadings and briefs, and advocating in court.
