Requirements

  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be energetic and comfortable speaking with people

Responsibilities

  • Enter occupied guest rooms to replenish towels, remove garbage, and remake beds
  • Clean bathrooms, toilets, vacuum, perform general tidying of rooms, and replace sheets as needed
  • Work at a fast pace while adhering to quality standards
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including being on feet all day, walking long distances, lifting up to 50lbs, pushing and pulling loaded housekeeping carts, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
  • Help Room Attendants by stripping dirty linens and terry from guest rooms, emptying and removing garbage and recycling, and removing garbage and linen from Room Attendant carts
  • Provide support and assistance to the Room Attendants and Houseperson team to ensure timely housekeeping service to in-house and arriving guests
