Responsibilities

Üretim hattının kesintisiz çalışmasını sağlarken ve yüksek performansla kaliteli, verimli üretim gerçekleştirmek için oluşan arızalara ve alarmlara hızlı ve etkili şekilde müdahale etmek
Sorun oluştuğunda makinelerin PPM seviyelerini kontrol etmek
Makinelerde meydana gelen sorunları çözmek
Elektriksel test prosedürlerini uygulamak
MPI prosedürlerini uygulamak
TPM prosedürlerini uygulamak
Spesifikasyonlara göre seri değişimi yapmak ve ilgili formları doldurmak
Seri değişiminden sonra hattın çalışmasını kontrol etmek
LPA denetimini gerçekleştirmek
ESD kurallarına uygun çalışmak
Sorumluluk seviyesi doğrultusunda çevre, sağlık, enerji verimliliği ve iş güvenliği standartlarına, politikalarına ve uygulamalarına uyumu sağlamak
