Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, an Airframe and Powerplant license, a minimum of eight (8) years of Airframe and Powerplant experience on similar aircraft, and a minimum of six (6) years of management or supervisory experience. They must be authorized to work in the US, have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record, and be able to communicate effectively in a team and individual setting.
The Line Maintenance Manager will supervise mechanics in overall maintenance operations, including performing preventive maintenance, repair, modifications, and other maintenance of aircraft, components, and related equipment in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. They will plan and prioritize work, train mechanics, evaluate personnel productivity, ensure adherence to OSHA/safety guidelines, and oversee the handling and operation of shop equipment. Furthermore, they will support other maintenance base operations, continuously evaluate the OJT program, and ensure adherence to material handling and control procedures.
