Requirements

  • Deep industry expertise in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfilment
  • Experience leading strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of business systems for advanced therapy operations (e.g., cell & gene, radio pharmaceuticals) across clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and commercialization functions
  • Knowledge of digital transformation strategies, system investments, and technical solutions (e.g., SAP S4 / Oracle transformations), including strengths and weaknesses
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with senior client stakeholders and Accenture teams
  • Experience leveraging Accenture’s implementation methodology for designing and implementing solutions, processes, and operating models
  • Strong business development skills, including thought leadership, opportunity identification, and selling to existing and new clients
  • Active industry presence, connections, and ability to create new opportunities
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% to client locations

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to Accenture and client senior leadership on digital transformation strategies and system investments
  • Lead projects in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing, driving complex business and technology transformations and providing strategic advice across Planning, Manufacturing, and Fulfilment
  • Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of business systems supporting advanced therapy operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with key client stakeholders to align digital and system capabilities with advanced therapy business needs
  • Lead diverse, global Accenture teams, setting strategy, coaching, and driving engagement
  • Create supply chain and Manufacturing thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences
  • Shape client’s transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from current state to “to-be” enterprise environment
  • Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences solutions to deliver transformational goals and collaborate with senior client leaders for buy-in
  • Oversee the design and implementation of solutions, processes, and operating models
  • Develop and expand the Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification
  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunities to clients
