Responsibilities

Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with lenses and spectacle frames (style, weight, color)
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original prescription, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures
Take measurements, ensure correct frame selection for Rx power, read prescriptions on lensometer
Provide timely notification of product readiness, advance orders in the system (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients to deliver sales and metric goals
Support club policies, ensure safe environment, embrace inclusion, and deliver GOLD club standards (e.g., stocking, planograms, signage, cleanliness)
Access and understand production/financial performance reporting for the department
