Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with various types of lenses and spectacle frames, including style, weight, and color
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original prescription, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Deliver sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, ensure correct frame selection for Rx power, read prescriptions on the lensometer
Provide timely notification of product readiness, advance orders in the system (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients to deliver sales and metric goals
Support club policies, flawless execution, safety, positive environment, team collaboration, and GOLD club standards (e.g., stocking, planograms, signage, cleanliness)
Address member concerns, deescalate issues, and escalate as appropriate
Maintain friendly, positive attitude and access/read production/financial performance reporting
