Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Abarca Health

The position is onsite at the new Los Altos, CA clinic.

Candidates must be a licensed mental health therapist capable of providing individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, family support, and navigating health and social services.

You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, health coaches, and peer support specialists in a collaborative, shared decision-making model focused on patient-first care.

The team includes clinicians, operators, builders, and technologists from organizations like One Medical, Forward Health, Stanford, Hinge Health, Palantir, The Four Seasons, and Brightline.

Strong candidates are patient advocates who excel at building trust and rapport with patients with severe mental illness, providing therapy and support, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
