Requirements

  • EPA Certified
  • High School diploma or GED
  • NATE Certification preferred
  • HVAC certification or Diploma preferred
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Journeyman's License

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage install technicians, including training employees, planning, assigning, appraising performance, rewarding, and coaching
  • Perform quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist technicians in bidding and estimating jobs
  • Ensure work is performed ethically and in compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements as well as company safety standards
  • Pursue training and development opportunities to improve capabilities
  • Run weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviews
  • Supervise Apprentices
