Current law student with an interest in sports, entertainment, and/or gaming law
Relevant work experience: 0-2 years
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Preparing initial drafts of letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents
Analyzing commercial agreements and creating summaries of key terms
Conducting research projects on various legal issues and preparing memos
Attending meetings between the Legal department and internal clients
Attending calls with outside counsel on legal issues
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
