Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house environment
  • Strong expertise in corporate governance, company law, and company secretarial matters
  • Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs (ESOPs)
  • Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border legal considerations
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales and distribution agreements; marketing and advertising agreements; supplier and procurement contracts; online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.)
  • Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices
  • Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks
