Requirements

Master’s degree in law
5+ years’ experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house environment
Strong expertise in corporate governance, company law, and company secretarial matters
Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs (ESOPs)
Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border legal considerations
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales and distribution agreements; marketing and advertising agreements; supplier and procurement contracts; online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.)
Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and process documentation
Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices
Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies
Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks
