Responsibilities

Draft, review, and redline contracts including SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, employment offers, NDAs, and more
Support sales, HR, finance, and product teams with fast-turn legal edits and feedback
Maintain and improve contract template library
Help structure legal workflows that balance speed, risk, and internal approvals
Occasionally assist with compliance research, privacy updates, or IP documentation
