Requirements

Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on customer service excellence, management training, and English language improvement for customer-facing employees. They will conduct live coaching sessions, develop training materials in collaboration with a Training Operations Analyst, and act as a subject matter expert supporting the Operations Excellence Lead in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The trainer will also facilitate experiential learning and role-playing sessions to enhance training effectiveness.
