Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for experience in corporate training or instructional design. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are essential, as is the ability to deliver training in both English and Spanish.
The Learning and Development Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on customer service excellence, management training, and English language improvement for customer-facing employees. They will conduct live coaching sessions, develop training materials in collaboration with a Training Operations Analyst, and act as a subject matter expert supporting the Operations Excellence Lead in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The trainer will also facilitate experiential learning and role-playing sessions to enhance training effectiveness.
