Responsibilities
Operate the learn to skate program, including program growth, registration, staffing, and teaching
Instruct skating to students and classes using the U.S. Figure Skating curriculum in a fun and friendly manner
Create new business opportunities, including figure skating club, holiday shows, camps, clinics, and competitions
Provide great customer service and maximize the student experience
Manage part-time staff, ensuring facility policies and procedures are met
Work closely with ice rink manager to develop operating budgets and goals
Promote and represent the facility positively at all times
Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; know products/services; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System; drive results and growth; respect inclusion & diversity
Perform other duties as assigned
