  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations
  • Good communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience, leadership report out and trainings
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Developing operational plan for the manufacturing and improvement activities
  • Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures of the plant to ensure reliability, consistency, and increased throughput on the production line
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns also improvements in products, processes and procedures
  • Having standardized manufacturing processes and define guidelines for choosing the right actions
  • Managing standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines in order to choose the right actions
  • Co-ordinating and / or leading sessions / workouts with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
