Bachelors in STEM or business discipline or equivalent experience
Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum
Proven experience in manufacturing operations
Good communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience, leadership report out and trainings
Good analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Developing operational plan for the manufacturing and improvement activities
Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures of the plant to ensure reliability, consistency, and increased throughput on the production line
Exchanging data and information interaction concerns also improvements in products, processes and procedures
Having standardized manufacturing processes and define guidelines for choosing the right actions
Managing standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines in order to choose the right actions
Co-ordinating and / or leading sessions / workouts with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
