Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations

Responsibilities

  • Developing operational plan for the manufacturing and improvement activities
  • Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures of the plant to ensure reliability, consistency, and increased throughput on the production line
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns also improvements in products, processes and procedures
  • Having standardized manufacturing processes and define guidelines for choosing the right actions
  • Managing standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines in order to choose the right actions
  • Co-ordinating and / or leading sessions / workouts with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
