Requirements

  • Experience in leading and managing a large accounting shared services center (CSP) with over 50 collaborators
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (PCG, IFRS/IAS) and regulatory compliance
  • Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, general ledger, auxiliary accounting, fixed assets, and month-end closes
  • Proven track record in digital transformation, including ERP implementation, automation, AI, and data analytics
  • Skills in process harmonization, internal controls, and organizational structuring
  • Managerial experience fostering performance culture, autonomy, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders (DAF, DG, DSI, Control, auditors)

Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise CSP activities (general ledger, auxiliary accounting, fixed assets, closes, etc.)
  • Define a performant, scalable organization adapted to subsidiaries' needs
  • Harmonize accounting processes and internal controls
  • Develop a culture of performance, accountability, and autonomy in teams
  • Drive managerial and digital transformation initiatives
  • Supervise production and quality of social and consolidated accounts
  • Ensure regulatory and normative compliance (PCG, IFRS/IAS)
  • Manage monthly closes and Group financial reporting
  • Secure financial flows and ensure robustness of internal controls
  • Act as key sponsor for the new Group ERP implementation project
  • Lead migration to digitalized solutions with automation, AI, and data analytics
  • Implement continuous improvement approach for productivity and service quality
  • Collaborate with General Management, Group DAF, IT, Management Control, and Internal Control
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, statutory auditors, and experts
