Requirements

  • Secondary technical education (MBO) with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably mechanics, electronics (mechatronic)
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in both Dutch and English
  • Experience with ESD safe working
  • Experience with vacuum technology
  • Experience with electronic measuring equipment
  • Experience with Windows and other PC based software installations

Responsibilities

  • Act as lead assembler of the accelerator group
  • Introduction and training of new employees
  • Bridge between production, engineering and R&D to solve issues as quickly as possible
  • Maintain and improve the clean working method
  • Join the monthly external 5S audit and act when needed to improve the 5S score
  • Work closely together with the supervisor to help with the daily planning
  • Lead the daily whiteboard meetings when needed
  • First line support between troubleshooting and engineering department
  • Back-up teamlead/supervisor
  • Introduce and help new people
  • Performs work based on work instructions
  • Testing and troubleshooting of the various modules
  • Timely delivery of modules with the right quality
  • Working on continuous improvements of products and related processes
  • Active participation in daily whiteboard meetings
  • Independent detection, analysis to solve problems
  • Working with high vacuum and high voltage
