Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Testing (comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
Proven interpersonal skills (for individual contributor or early people leader role)

Responsibilities

Execute laboratory and field validation testing, inspection, and data acquisition for product and service design/validation
Design and construct test facilities, instrumentation systems, and develop test software
Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and use prior experience/expertise to execute policy/strategy
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work
Understand how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters (with guidance), prior experience, and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
Access technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems, using multiple internal sources outside own team for decisions
Provide informal guidance to new team members (as individual contributor or early people leader who can hire/develop talent)
Contribute to technical improvement of existing products and components
Impact departmental operations through planning/execution within standard functional practices/procedures (with some autonomy and guidance)
