Requirements

Expertise in building use cases, writing/managing/clarifying user stories, visualizations, and process flows
Ability to translate user needs into stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Skill in explaining functional implementation and driving/improving user experience
Capability to communicate product vision to developers and testers
Proficiency in staying ahead of sprints (2–3 sprints), ensuring definition of done and definition of readiness for features
Experience facilitating release planning, sprint planning, demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops
Knowledge of writing/reviewing UAT scripts and participating in User Acceptance Testing
Ability to document confirmed business processes and maintain SDLC documentation, including system configuration information
Experience in business process improvement and application support coordination
Partnership skills with product teams to align backlog priorities with product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
Proficiency in tracking metrics, building reports, and managing dependencies within/across products
Understanding of compliance, privacy, security, and GxP requirements (if applicable)
Ability to apply analytics for feature prioritization and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and data-driven insights
Awareness of industry trends and new technologies

Responsibilities

Lead development, enhancement, and governance of products focused on KOL Management, events management, and congresses management for Global Medical Affairs
Partner closely with Business Owners from GCSO GMAF to ensure alignment and clarity in business cases and needs
Conduct business demand/process analysis and contribute to shaping agile user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Work with business and technology product teams to deliver OKRs aligned to product vision and roadmap, and track KPIs
Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, demos, inspect-and-adapt workshops; write/review UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing
Support development team and coordinate with application support team for application-related issues or incidents
Partner with product team to align backlog priorities with product vision, roadmap, and long-term product strategy; track metrics and build reports
Manage dependencies within the product and/or with other products; collaborate on design, interdependence, and timelines
Ensure products/features meet compliance, privacy, security, and GxP (if applicable) standards
Use analytics for feature prioritization; drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and data-driven insights; stay up to date with trends and new technologies
