Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for advanced chassis/thermal technology insertion across GM
  • Align software and hardware strategies to enable seamless integration and resource planning
  • Lead initiatives such as steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, and thermal control strategies for optimized performance
  • Serve as the central integration point across Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Software & Services, and Manufacturing
  • Drive alignment of subsystem strategies to balance performance, cost, and integration requirements
  • Act as liaison between product managers and technical teams to ensure clarity in hardware/software strategies
  • Define and refine the V-model for hardware/software integration and lead strategic technical meetings
  • Represent GM in industry forums and collaborate with external partners to integrate emerging technologies
