Requirements

Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

Responsibilities

Conducts component and product integration, including activities spanning multiple components and products for maximum performance and operability
Manages product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down
Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing
Defines product requirements for module/component/subcontractors and partner teams
Manages interfaces between components and execution organizations
Drives CTQ/Risk trades within teams designing the components
Manages the overall product configuration and configuration control system
Develops in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
Applies in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
Understands how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Uses judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters (with guidance)
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
Accesses technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems, potentially using multiple internal sources outside own team
Acts as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent
Provides informal guidance to new team members
