Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and minimize costs by conducting diagnostics, providing proactive solutions, applying programming, implementing solutions, and following up on effectiveness
  • Perform special programming projects, including adapting strategies, responding to trends/recalls, programming daylight harvesting, and achieving sustainability/energy reductions
  • Complete assignments using policies/data/resources, identify priorities/deadlines, carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change/feedback
  • Apply expertise to develop/execute/improve action plans, support customer/business needs, and build commitment to perspectives
  • Implement business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs, carrying out processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to demands/changes
