Responsibilities

  • Participate in teams for building performance and controls by sharing resources, determining needs/priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change
  • Ensure customer/associate safety and minimize service costs for complex problems through diagnostics, proactive solutions, advanced programming, implementation, and follow-up
  • Perform special/unique programming projects on building controls systems, including strategy adaptations and responses to trends/recalls/sustainability goals
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying priorities/deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
  • Apply expertise to develop/execute/improve action plans, provide guidance, align efforts to meet customer/business needs, and build commitment to perspectives
  • Implement business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs, carrying out processes/practices, monitoring progress, capitalizing on improvements, and adapting to demands/changes
