Strong candidates will have 5+ years managing Federal Government contracts, hands-on experience with Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price, T&M contracts (especially CPAF), deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting issues like conflicts of interest and equitable adjustments, plus excellent communication and multitasking skills.
