Requirements

Candidates must have proficiency in Java 8 or later, SOAP web services, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security), multithreaded application development, Git (GitHub), Linux, and cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with performance tests, analytical thinking, proactivity, continuous improvement, strong engagement, learning ability, teamwork, and communicative English are also required. Familiarity with RESTful web services, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and internal Sabre systems are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and testing software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products, including cloud-based or internet-related tools. This role specifically supports the maintenance and development of Sabre Low Level APIs, a critical connectivity system used by a majority of Sabre Airline and Agency customers.
