Requirements

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of experience in distributed systems, storage systems, or databases, algorithms and data structures, and/or Unix/Linux systems internals (e.g., filesystems, system calls) and administration. They should have experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, along with hands-on experience operating with k8s and any cloud. Strong communication skills and a systematic problem-solving approach are also required.

Responsibilities

The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will establish an SRE site and help build an effective, inclusive SRE team, providing technical leadership and guidance to other team members. They will manage execution of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, lead Incident Management during Incidents, and be responsible for driving MTTR as per the Incident SLA. Additionally, the Lead Site Reliability Engineer will ensure 100% coverage for various alerts covering Application, Infrastructure, Security, and Flows.
