Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
Master’s degree (MS) in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in chromatography process development for antibody purification
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of chromatography
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred:
Experience in leading or mentoring lab-based teams
Understanding of protein structure-function relationships
Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools

Support the setup and growth of the new lab facility in Dongtan
Lead chromatography-based purification process development for monoclonal antibodies
Design and execute bench-scale experiments using AKTA and other chromatography systems
Analyze samples using UPLC, ceSDS, ELISA, PCR, and other analytical tools
Develop packing protocols for chromatography columns from lab to production scale
Maintain accurate records, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly
Ensure lab safety and operational excellence
Mentor and potentially lead a small team of scientists and technicians
