Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define success metrics and ensure every feature can be measured effectively
  • Design and standardise our experimentation process — developing the A/B testing playbook, templates, and guidance that enable consistent, trustworthy experiments across Paddle
  • Lead the analysis of A/B tests and quasi-experiments to quantify product impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Explore user behaviour data to surface insights that inform prioritisation, conversion, and retention strategies
  • Build analytical frameworks, dashboards, and models that support product strategy and decision-making
  • Work closely with Analytics Engineering to ensure reliable, well-documented datasets and metrics
  • Coach and support your direct report, providing guidance on analytical methods, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Share insights clearly and persuasively — turning data into stories that influence product direction
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, helping teams frame hypotheses, interpret results, and learn faster
