Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS or cloud-based products. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles is essential, and domain expertise in identity and access management or cybersecurity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle of the External Product, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, writing user stories, estimation, product/release delivery management, and bug backlog management. They will also conduct feature grooming, develop sprint plans, ensure team alignment, answer questions and troubleshoot issues, practice customer-centric development by collaborating with stakeholders and capturing client feedback, and report on product success while strategizing improvements.
