Responsibilities

  • Defining the product vision and roadmap for international shipping, aligning with eBay’s overall goals
  • Working with engineering, business, operations, legal, and finance teams across different international locations to drive E2E execution
  • Understanding the needs of sellers and buyers involved in cross-border trade and developing solutions to address those needs
  • Creating and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and making trade-offs based on customer impact and business value
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product features, from ideation and design to development and launch
  • Tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement in international shipping performance
  • Finding opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience in international shipping, including exploring new technologies and business models
  • Ensuring that products and services align with relevant international laws and regulations
