Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition.
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the CEO of the product, responsible for communicating the product vision and roadmap to the organization and customers.
  • Prioritization & Balancing: Balance customer (UX), engineering (tech), and commercial requirements while managing competing priorities.
  • Insight Integration: Be the central point for integrating insights from sales, customer feedback, and technical data into a product strategy and roadmap.
  • Squad Leadership: Lead a dedicated development squad to achieve product success.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Commercial Product Management experience or relevant product experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology.
  • UX or Tech background.
  • Care and passion for the product, customer, and the business.
  • Analytical mind: Ability to create meaningful insights from user data.
  • Curiosity and communication skills: A great listener and communicator.
