A smart and analytical mind capable of creating meaningful insights from user data is essential, as is curiosity, excellent listening, and communication skills, coupled with a strong understanding of technology.
The Lead Product Manager will have true end-to-end ownership of the product, serving as the CEO of their product and responsible for the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and communication with the organization and customers. They will balance customer, engineering, and commercial requirements while managing competing priorities, and lead a dedicated development squad to achieve success at new levels, ultimately focusing on creating an engaging, joyful, and simple-to-use staff experience for the Deputy mobile app.
