Responsibilities

  • Lead all facets of the apparel product creation process across a broad spectrum of consumers and athletes in Olympics/Growth Sports organization
  • Lead a cross-functional team, create effective line plans, and bring an entrepreneurial approach to new and existing sports
  • Work daily with design, development, and merchandising teams to create compelling product collections seasonally across sport’s biggest moments
  • Keep projects on task and communicate regularly to both internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with team members to develop line plans, execute product creation strategies, and track overall product performance for high-profile Nike Sport Apparel product collections
  • Work with other product teams at Nike to land key innovations and product priorities each season
  • Work closely with triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, line planning, design reviews, merchandising plan, and marketplace distribution for multiple projects
  • Work closely with marketing partners to help craft product strategy and bring the product to life in the marketplace
  • Report directly to the Director of Product for Olympics and Growth sports
  • Work with other PLMs and Product Directors, materials/trims teams, planning, sourcing, and finance along the product journey
  • Work closely with geography teams to gather insights on new sport priorities and spend time with consumers globally
