Responsibilities
- Drive the experience vision for your product stream — connecting user needs, product strategy, and design execution
- Engage directly with customers — leading design workshops with Kensho Global Labs team and having hands-on conversations about product fit in workflows
- Lead by example: Manage and mentor designers, helping them level up their craft and confidence
- Design end-to-end experiences — from high-level concepts to polished, production-ready designs
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape strategy and define success
- Champion the user in every conversation, balancing user needs with other priorities
