Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental responsibilities
  • Ensure team members receive and execute instructions promptly and accurately
  • Monitor equipment functionality
  • Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Tyson policies and procedures
  • Assist the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the Debone department
  • Set up the department and ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met
  • Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance
  • Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism
  • Maintain general housekeeping and wash down at breaks
  • Act as the Supervisor in their absence
