Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental responsibilities
Assist the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the Debone department
Set up the department and ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met
Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance
Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism
Maintain general housekeeping and wash down at breaks
Ensure team members receive and execute instructions promptly and accurately
Monitor equipment functionality
Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Tyson policies and procedures
Act as the Supervisor in their absence
