Requirements

Candidates should possess over 7 years of game development experience with a specialization in multiplayer architecture and networking, demonstrating a proven track record in developing synchronous multiplayer functionality for high-scale mobile games. Advanced expertise in Unity and C#, particularly with multiplayer systems like Nakama, Photon, Mirror, or Netcode for GameObjects, is required. A deep understanding of network optimization, prediction algorithms, and synchronization techniques, along with experience in profiling and optimizing multiplayer performance and network bandwidth, is essential. Familiarity with cloud solutions, server deployment, infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and CI/CD practices, analytics-driven development, and A/B testing in multiplayer environments is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English are also necessary.

Responsibilities
