Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in motion design, video production, or related fields, with a strong portfolio demonstrating sizzle reels, brand storytelling, and innovative motion work. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. Experience with AI tools and workflows in creative production is a significant advantage, as is a proven ability to lead projects and mentor designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong visual and communication design skills, with a keen eye for pacing, emotion, and narrative, are required, along with a self-directed, flexible, and highly cooperative work style and strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

The Lead Motion Designer will lead the creative direction and execution of sizzle reels and motion content, develop scalable systems and templates to accelerate video production, and explore and integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance storytelling and production efficiency. This role involves mentoring and upskilling motion designers, fostering growth in craft, storytelling, and technical skills, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, pre-sales, brand, product, and marketing to align motion design with strategic goals. The Lead Motion Designer will also advocate for best-in-class motion design and visual storytelling across all deliverables.
