Expertise in developing unique technical programs for microbial control in water treatment applications (e.g., membrane systems, cooling systems)
Ability to provide technical insights for resolving microbial control issues for customers
Skills in designing and setting up lab-scale microbial control simulation tests reflecting industrial system settings
Capability to plan, perform, and interpret results from relevant experiments
Proficiency in presenting data in a concise and usable format to stakeholders
Experience in developing application guidance for microbial control programs
Ability to collaborate with marketing, industrial technical consultants, regulatory, supply chain, and engineering teams to deploy new products or technologies
Skills in interacting with customers to identify needs and gain insights for innovation ideation and multi-year innovation roadmaps
Participation in global expert teams for new ideation and technology assessments
Knowledge of maintaining lab safety and lab instruments

Responsibilities

Develop unique technical programs for microbial control in water treatment applications such as membrane systems and cooling systems
Provide technical insights in resolving microbial control issues for customers
Design and set up lab-scale microbial control simulation tests which reflect industrial system settings
Plan, perform, and interpret results from relevant experiments and present data in a concise and usable format to various stakeholders
Develop the application guidance of microbial control programs
Collaborate with marketing, industrial technical consultants, regulatory, supply chain, and engineering teams to deploy new products or technologies in microbial control for customers
Interact with customers and identify customer needs to gain 1st hand insights for innovation ideation to build multiple year innovation roadmap
Join global expert team of microbial control in new ideation and new technology assessments
Maintain lab safety and lab instruments
