Requirements

  • Ability to execute routine activities related to management, cleansing, and movement of materials (cold chain, ambient, dangerous goods) following SOPs and GMP procedures
  • Knowledge of GMP procedures for receipt, storage, transfer, distribution, disposal, and cleaning of materials
  • Capability to prepare materials for shipment to internal and external parties per GMP procedures
  • Skills in inventory control, including cycle counting and rejected/expired material disposition
  • Proficiency in using material handling equipment (gas powered, electric, manual)
  • Experience handling materials based on specifications (temperature conditions, dangerous/hazardous)
  • Ability to respond to system and equipment alarms on a rotating schedule (inside/outside office hours)
  • Competence in facilitating ambient and cold chain sampling
  • Skills in reviewing GMP documentation and performing data verification
  • Ability to coordinate internal/external customer requests across multiple unit operations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure routine activities such as receipt, storage, transfer, distribution, disposal, and cleaning of all types of materials (ambient, cold chain, dangerous goods) per GMP procedures
  • Prepare all types of material for shipment to internal and external parties per GMP procedures
  • Ensure materials are appropriately labelled in accordance with GMP procedures
  • Perform inventory control practices including cycle counting and rejected/expired material disposition per GMP procedures
  • Write procedures to maintain a safe and organized working space
  • Perform inspection of incoming materials to the working area per procedure
  • Use material handling equipment (gas powered, electric, manual) per procedure
  • Handle materials based on Material Specifications (temperature conditions, dangerous/hazardous) per procedure
  • Assist in setting up operational equipment/fixtures and support facility/equipment commissioning activities
  • Respond to system and equipment alarms during inside/outside office hours in rotating schedule per GMP procedure
  • Facilitate ambient and cold chain sampling in collaboration with other departments
  • Review GMP documentation and perform data verification
  • Coordinate internal and external customer requests across multiple unit operations during shift, including personnel, material, and logistical needs
  • Put away material into totes or bags and close/seal them to prevent cross-contamination
